About

Hi. Welcome. You found me.

I’m a computational Bayesian statistician. I’m best known for my work on the open-source statistical programming language, Stan. I’m a founder of Generable; we’re building a Bayesian analysis platform for drug development. Prior to that, I was a statistical researcher at Columbia University working for Andrew Gelman from 2009 – 2017.

I also give talks and train people on the use of Stan and writing computational software.
